Delegate Anders moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 39, line 60, by striking subsection (i) in its entirety and inserting a new subsection (i) to read as follows:  “(i) Any student enrolled in grades eight or nine may attend summer school for the purpose of academic remediation, grade improvement, or to meet academic requirements, including eligibility for extracurricular activities.”
